 Planned Perfection..
" He saw perfection, and he felt desire "
... We understand all the pressure that a wedding can put on you for everything to be just perfect, with a little communication and attention to detail we will help you achieve your wish with ease.
First Meeting
Let us consider every detail with an initial meeting and viewing of Reception Rooms, Menus, Wine Lists, Entertainment options and your choice of colour scheme and to discuss initial thoughts on number of guests who will attend the Wedding Breakfast and or Buffet. A holding deposit will be due no later than 21 days after the initial agreement to secure the date with us of 15% of the total cost. Then a further 50% no later than 3 months after that. Please have guests book any extra rooms over and above the honeymoon suite early to avoid disappointment.
Second Meeting A follow up meeting scheduled 8 weeks prior to your wedding to consider Cake Stands and Knives, the Seating plan, Wedding Favours, Flowers and any special dietary requirements for your guests over and above the agreed Wedding Breakfast/Buffet. We will also exchange contact details for the Best Man, Matron of Honour and our senior staff member who will be carrying out Master of Ceremonies duties on the day.
The Master of Ceremonies will be your central point of contact who will be in charge of ensuring your reception goes according to running order and that your last minute questions are answered. We will marry up staying guests to our Hotel Rooms and duration of stay.
