...At The Old Crown Coaching Inn we welcome as guests and patrons friends and families of all ages, there is no ageism here.
Our Inn Keeper and Chef, Lee, has skillfully put together menus that are designed to be family friendly both for young and our not so young seniors, with healthy options and vegetarian options for both children and the over 50's on our bar menu which is great for family feasting and Sunday lunches out. We have high chairs 
for Toddlers and little ones to dine up to the table with their families and travel cots for those staying at our lovely historical Inn or hotel. There is a small selection of games, crayons and colouring books, to stave off the boredom and help the parents and grandparents relax over their meal or during their stay with us. If you are staying with us we have extra beds that can be added to our rooms for older children or if you have for example a lone parent we have single room rates or a triple family room. Children are welcomed accompanied by an adult in the bars at the Old Crown Coaching Inn untill 9.30pm when eating, and at 6pm at other times.
What ever the combination of family we should be able to accommodate you and yours.
How about bringing the whole family down for a Christmas Party or Christmas Day Lunch? With prices starting from £15.99 for adults and £10.99 for children it makes both a credit crunching christmas idea and takes the stress out of a festive family get together! If your house isn't quite big enough for family stop overs then why not get them to book a Christmas Break with us.
For your furry family members we have pet friendly bars, assuming they are dogs.We welcome well behaved, dogs that like children and people and other dogs, when visiting they must be on a leash at all times.
